Golden Ticket Terms and Conditions

  1. Limit of One Ticket Per Customer
    Each customer is eligible to use only one Golden Ticket. Multiple tickets per household or customer will not be accepted.

  2. Booking Deadline
    All bookings made using the Golden Ticket must be scheduled by December 30, 2024. Bookings after this date will not be eligible for the Golden Ticket offer.

  3. Service Area Requirement
    The Golden Ticket can only be redeemed if the property is located in an area we currently service. If you are unsure whether your area qualifies, please contact us for confirmation before making a booking.

  4. Valid Booking Period
    While the booking must be made by December 30, 2024, the actual cleaning service can be scheduled up to Feburary 30, 2025. Bookings beyond this date will not be eligible.

  5. Exclusive Offer
    The Golden Ticket cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions. It is a standalone promotion.

  6. New Bookings Only
    The Golden Ticket is only valid for new bookings. It cannot be applied to existing or previously scheduled services.

  7. Half-Price on 3rd Clean
    The offer for the third clean at half price is only valid for a Minimalist Clean service. Other cleaning packages do not qualify for this discount.

  8. Eligible Cleaning Services
    Golden Ticket vouchers can only be redeemed for Premium, Deluxe, or End of Lease cleaning services. Basic cleaning packages or other services not listed are not eligible for voucher use.

  9. Non-Transferable
    Golden Tickets are non-transferable 

  10. Subject to Availability
    All bookings are subject to our availability. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date.
